Excellent location! The hotel lobby property was nice. Our room was in a separate building in the back of the main hotel. There is no elevator in this building and the rooms are all on the second floor. Fine for us, and we were aware when booking. Our room was quite dated, and while clean, needed some updating. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We would stay again.

What a charming and quaint hotel-5 Star from the beautiful grounds, comfy rooms, Zees restaurant and bar was fabulous, hospitality from Jennifer and staff top notch. The location can’t be beat- steps away from the theatre and shops on Queen St. Will be back!

Very clean. Close to theater. Easy parking. The only negative thing was that our room was in the extension part of hotel which you needed to go up stairs to get into room. Not good for people that have mobility issues. But we were fine.
