Pas de clim juste un ventilateur. Salle de bain: pas de fenêtre et travaux à refaire(baignoire balneo HS). On peut pas se doucher debout à cause du flexible de douche qui est trop petit. .Manque de lumière. Balcon en commun avec la chambre voisine et pas entretenu du tout. Chambre côté rue extrêmement bruyante,beaucoup de passage. La fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas correctement. Personnel fantôme au bar ou à la réception. On ne voit jamais personne. Petit déjeuner plus que moyen. L'établissement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos promotionnelles du site. Tres déçus par rapport à cet hôtel.

The staff were very helpful, and willing to help, not just help because it is part of the job. From quick to translation to quick questions, they were there. Which was great because I can be a little nervous with language barriers. In hindsight, I do wonder if there was a bit of a leak in my restroom, but me not bringing that to the attention of staff is on me, not on staff being unapproachable (because they were not). The garden and park area around the hotel was what drew me to it. What I liked was that yes the property was unkept, but it was not so pristinely kept that I was scared of going off a path or fearful of touching anything. There may be a stray chair somewhere, or the remnants of a project unfinished, but that made me feel more comfortable about not needing to worry so much about what I did, unlike other places one could go. Across the street is the most reliable sandwich shop, run by the most wonderful woman and her daughter (?), the kind of place that you know will be quality food and you’ll feel good buying from them. There’s a few different café’s, each with their own environment to them (aesthetically and sociologically). There’s also Herculaneum literally 2 blocks away and the beach a 10-15 minute walk, if that. Great, quality spots around without it being super busy all the time. I think this hotel being in such a location is fantastic. Inspires some movement, but you also have what you need close by incase you want a day in with minimal walking.

Struttura in stato di abbandono, resta in piedi grazie all impegno del personale. Colazione preferisco sorvolare. Aria condizionata solo rumore… Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Ooit zal het een heel mooi hotel zijn geweest. Echt zonde wat daar is gebeurd.

Het gebouw, de kamer, de tuin en het zwembad waren op zich in de basis sfeervol en ruim. En ooit zal het een mooi hotel zijn geweest. Maar daar is nu niets meer van over: alles is oud, afgeleefd en vaak ook kapot. Het is rommelig. Vies matras met vlekken zonder hoes of molton, alleen een te klein laken dat dus steeds loskwam waardoor je op dat vieze matras lag. De airco op de kamer deed het niet bij ons. De lift was een deel van de tijd kapot. Ligbedden en parasols bij zwembad waren deels kapot. Verf en klus spullen stonden her en der. Personeel was onderbemand, ongeïnteresseerd en sprak veelal geen Engels. Buiten ontbijt tijden was er bovendien overdag geen drankje of iets te krijgen. En misschien wel als meest kwalijke van alles was het zwembad in gebruik als plaatselijk openbaar zwembad (geen hotelgasten dus). Hierdoor kwam het voor dat er geen ligbedden meer beschikbaar waren voor hotelgasten en ligbedden gereserveerd werden gehouden voor locals.
