DEDas historische Gebäude hat schon einen gewissen Stil. Aber leider wird es nicht mehr in Stand gehalten.
Das Hotel wird vom Personal verfallen gelassen. Überall Dreck, kaputte Türen und Sanitäranlagen. Das Frühstück war lieblos und die Tische wurden nicht neu eingedeckt nachdem Gäste fertig waren. Die Hotelleitung verweigerte jegliche Verbesserungen - z.B. kaputte Dusche, kaputter Toilettendeckel, kaputtes Türschloss, Ameisen im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat keinen Effekt, die Nächte waren zu heiß und die Zimmer müffeln. Es wurde nicht einmal vor dem Beziehen der Zimmer ordentlich geputzt. Zimmerservice nicht existent.
ITLa struttura è ben tenuta, le camere spaziose, ben arredate e pulite. La piscina pulita e arredi in ordine. La colazione abbastanza buona, le bariste veramente gentili e disponibili.
Purtroppo la zona in cui è situata la struttura è contornata da edifici fatiscenti e non ci sono attrazioni a parte gli scavi
GBThis hotel was probably great in 1970. Room was clean and spacious. Showing signs of wear. Grounds have not been kept up. The pool was great though. No bar as advertised, restaurant was very, very limited. Room was quite warm, air con could not keep up. Would be ok in cooler months.

La villa è enorme ma lasciata in decadenza, nessuna opera di ristrutturazione (capisco che si deve investire e molto ma bisogna farlo altrimenti farà la fine delle altre ville presenti ad Ercolano che risultano “abbandonate”) almeno l’essenziale per dare un decoro. Il parco immenso ed anche quello poco curato. La colazione una cosa semplice e niente di eclatante (per un 4 stelle !!!). L’aria condizionata che non funziona, mi hanno spiegato il perché (impianto obsoleto, poca manutenzione e solo per far vedere che funziona ma la potenza è scarsa, mi hanno dato un “pinguino” che però sparava solo aria e neanche fredda)

To say this hotel is uncared for is an understatement, the pictures must be many years old. The grounds have not been looked after for many years. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel (it was 34 degrees) our shower didn't work and the curtains in the room were falling down. The breakfast was meagre and to top it off when having a glass of wine in the courtyard (out of water glasses, they had no wine glasses) we witnessed staff fighting in front of us ...reminiscent of Faulty Towers but not really funny....The hotel would not even consider offering a discount. I would really advise people not to stay here there are many other options available.
AUGreat location for a visit to Herculaneum, also it was a stop on the way to Sorrento. Nice to have a pool, great coffee at breakfast.
Was a bit unloved and shabby. The worst thing was no toilet seat in the bathroom! The shower flooded very quickly. Pillows not good.
IEStunning hotel and super friendly welcome from lady at reception. Hotel is a little run down in places but if you can look past that it is the most stunning building, perfect location for exploring herculaium, pompeii and vesuvius.
