GBThe rooms were lovely and spacious, the hotel very pretty and the grounds. The pool was lovely and breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Central to the town with lots on the door step. Whilst the hotel and grounds were a little run down, it was still very beautiful and charming and I would absolutely stay again with my family.
The rooms were warm and lacking in good air con. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

L’hôtel est très mal entretenu et l’hygiène n’est pas au rdv: chambres pleines de cheveux à notre arrivée, sol de la salle d’eau sale. La literie enfant étant brinquebalante, nous avons du mettre les matelas au sol, sans parler de la climatisation, ayant soit disant un problème… en plein mois d’août, c’est bien dommage.. surtout lorsque ce problème dure depuis plusieurs semaines… le système de douche était sur le point de tomber au sol. Bien sûr, l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée.. nous avons été pris de haut par le gérant qui a tout de même mis un produit pour déboucher… cote électricité: absence d’ampoules, liseuses qui tombent du mur… coté piscine, nous avons eu droit à des dépôts de mousses vertes sur les bords et le fonds de la piscine. Coté petit dej: accueil absent, il faudra quémander un café, et passer son tour pour la gourmandise… Bref, nous sommes plutôt compréhensifs sur l’état des façades et du jardin, mais par contre, rien n’est mis en œuvre pour tenir propre et fonctionnel cet établissement. Je pense que cet hôtel serait fermé pour insalubrité si des contrôles y étaient effectués! Jajoute des photos de la piscine pour compléter celles mises par d’autres clients sur l’état de la chambre…

BEThe staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool in a beautiful park to enjoy at night. It is located not far from the train station to see attractions like Naples, Vesuvio, and Pompei. Thank you
Got a room with a large balcony overlooking the grounds. Loved it! Breakfast wasn't that great but swimming pool was very nice an the grounds of the old villa, though not in great shape were enjoyable to wakk in. Very relaxing. A very short walk to the ruins of Herculaneum. Didn't realize that when I booked but it is a huge plus if they are on your to do list. Front desk was very helpful friendly.

Shabby chic Gone past it’s sell by date. On top of this the air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel. Only saving grace was Elenor, who went beyond to look after us and the situation - 5 star to her.
ESUbicación, es lo único salvable…a escasos 100m de la entrada al parque arqueológico de Ercolano…
Sucio, decadente, un quiero y no puedo Con casi 40C durante el día el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y te ponían un pingüino que solo soltaba más calor Se hacían los tontos con que se había estropeado justo ahora …cuando al parecer llevan así meses… Si hace calor, mejor no arriesgarse con este alojamiento Lo pasamos realmente mal por las noches.
ITStaff were really helpful and friendly comfortable room. The pictures on the site were dated the property looked quite worn in places but good location for seeing surroundings areas and lovely pool
