So disappointed that I did a duplicate booking and have been charged twice as the manager was not accepting my mistake!! I spoke to Booking .Com and I was given the impression that I did not have to pay twice .. I would like to know if this is the case. ?

The old Tudor Architecture The breakfast

I thought i was booking an interesting period piece bedroom and got an ordinary top corner, roof room out the back. Naieve, i suppose.
