Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

That was really really nice. Everybody was nice and helpful especially the guys parking valet Justin and Eric very helpful. Very nice Bell man. They took my little gel packs and put them in the freezer for my insulin and I picked them up the next day. They were so nice and very helpful.

The staff was excellent, especially Llezle Peralta. She made sure we had everything we needed for our room. Our room was always clean and the linen changed daily. She was so kind, friendly and attentive to our needs. Llezle greated us every morning with aloha and a big beautiful smile. She made our stay at Embassy suites an enjoyable experience. That's why we'll be be back next year. Thanks Llezle for taking such good care of us. She's a great asset to Embassy Suites.

The location was excellent

A little expensive

First time visiting Waikiki/Embassy Suites by Hilton. Everything about the hotel turned out better than expected. Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails with snacks, location a few feet from Royal Hawaiian Center and beach. Laundry mat, gym. Clean rooms. I can keep going. By far the best part of our stay is the staff. So friendly and attentive. We will never forget Dean at the Bell Desk from day 1 he has been nothing but accommodating especially toward our special needs daughter. We have made plans to come back in the near future and of course stay at the Embassy Suites.

This is a shout out to Jaymar. We had a room issue due to going from 2 rooms to 1. Jaymar was able to accommodate us superbly. He was so kind and considerate of our needs. Embassy/Hilton is lucky to have him!
