De locatie was perfect, de jongens van de valet parking waren heel vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was heel druk en hectisch. Ook miste we de luxe die we gewend zijn van Hilton.

Room size very good. Breakfast was quite good. The cleaning lady was very helpful.

Room furnishings were very tired. Very overpriced at AUD 500 per night including breakfast and evening drinks which we had to line up for and give in tickets The snacks were just potato chips, pretzels and carrots. The floor on dining area was dirty..

Mooie plek op ca 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Dichtbij horeca en winkeltjes. Redelijk simpel ontbijt maar voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. De suite die we hadden is erg ruim met 2 grote bedden , woonkamer en klein keukentje. Kinderen zijn gratis dus absoluut goede prijs als je met kinderen hierheen gaat zoals wij.

Parkeren kost, netals bij andere hotels in Waikiki, 60 dollar per nacht en dus erg duur. Gelukkig zitj er vlakbij een openbare grote parkeerplaats waar je voor 235 dollar een maand mag parkeren. Voor ons verblijf van 10 dagen dus prima alternatief.

Poor lighting in the room - only lamps. Constant beeping noise and road noise. General maintenance of room was substandard considering the price. Staff were great however. Coffee machine but no coffee pods provided. The instant coffee provided was a coffee tea blend so we had to go with our morning coffee.

Aside from being in the water, you're not likely to get this close to the beach. i was about a block away from the ocean. i walked there almost every morning at 530am to watch the beautiful sun rise over Diamond Head. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and we had a small balcony in the living and bedroom areas. The dining area serves full breakfast buffet with custom egg station. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The daily evening reception (happy hour) served the staple Hawaiian drinks, Mai Tai, Blue Hawaiian and rum punch amongst other spirits, beverages and snacks. Family friendly - we saw many families with children of all ages, parents & grandparents enjoying the pool and hot tub. Towels were supplied for all. I can't speak to the value because my mother booked and paid for the stay, however whatever the price, it was worth it! Aside from being close to shops, transportation and restaurants. the staff was impeccable. It starts at the top with manager Kia. We had a medical emergency while there and he and his staff we on hand to assist the whole time. When mom was released from the hospital and couldn't attend some excursions, they looked after her and made sure she was doing okay. While I wasn't able to learn all their names, I do want to make a point to mention our lovely, bubbly pool attendant Mahina - she was the absolute sweetest! And a huge shout out to bartenders Keola and Maila (hope i spelled it right). We couldn't ask for a better experience!
