Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in March—perfect location, perfect room—then there was the Kona Low. Torrential rain, high winds, power outages—that’s where the staff of this hotel shone. The manager and staff did everything possible to try to mediate a terrible, vacation-destroying situation—from manager’s reception in the hallway, to helping with accommodations when flights were canceled, responding to every request. A special recognition to the kindest, most attentive, all round nicest housekeeper we’ve ever met—Ms. Chun. Our 20th floor lady kept us comfortable and well stocked, which was extremely important considering we couldn’t leave the hotel for two days. She was so pleasant through it all—a true asset to Hilton company. This staff made a terrible situation much more tolerable for their guests—we truly appreciated them.

The location was the best. Pur housekeeper was great, we stayed for 4 nights, she made sure to change and clean everything needed! We appreciated that very much! Valet was excellent, it might feel pricey, but the time we were getting our car was like 2-5 minutes max. The staff in valet were rotating, but all of them were super friendly and nice!

Carey, breakfast attendant was very attentive and was very informative with things to do while visiting Waikīkī. Thank you Carey for your help and giving us options.

Very close to great shopping and restaurants. A short stroll to the beach. Lots of seating in the room: A comfy couch in addition to the sofa, so that we could keep the sofa bed made up. Chairs on the balcony and also at the dining table. Excellent breakfast and great drinks each evening at the soiree.

Nothing to improve on, However, some nearby hotels offer complimentary beach chair hire. This might be worth including in the resort fee
