Beautiful property with an amazing pool and beachfront area. The service was excellent and they did a great job at accommodating our request for gluten-free breakfast items. There are also some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance to the hotel. And we absolutely loved the 3 PM chocolate hour. Would highly recommend

Furthermore, the front desk team was consistently kind and wonderful, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. ​A special mention must go to the dining experience—this is, without a doubt, the best breakfast buffet in Cebu. The quality and selection are world-class. In fact, we were so impressed that we are returning tomorrow specifically to celebrate my birthday. ​Thank you to the entire team for turning our stay into a memorable one. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and special thanks to Sir Rigel for taking such great care of us. The facilities were excellent, and our daughter had a wonderful time at the Little Birds Club—she even received a Nemo plushie as a sweet souvenir. The staff were warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. We experienced no issues throughout our stay, and all our requests were promptly accommodated. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable and memorable stay. ☺️

We stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and had a wonderful overall experience. Our Suite on 21 was spacious, comfortable, and offered lovely views, making the stay feel relaxed and premium. The pool area is fantastic — beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the hotel staff. During our stay, we experienced an earthquake in Cebu City, and the team handled the situation with remarkable efficiency and care. The staff actively came looking for guests, including me, to ensure everyone’s safety and guide us appropriately. Their professionalism and genuine concern were incredibly reassuring during a stressful moment. This level of service and attention made a lasting impression and speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to guest safety and hospitality. A memorable stay for all the right reasons — highly recommended.

We keep returning to Movenpick because it’s so much fun to stay in the Philippines . The resort complex is right on the beach and the food is gourmet quality and delicious. The staff are real friendly and they try so hard to make our vacation experience a memorable one. The place is fresh and spotless.. The location is close to many.of the top attractions in Cebu City and on Mactan Island.. Cebu Airport is only a 20 minute drive away by taxi. Day trips in Cebu Province to see the whale sharks in Oslob or the Kawasan Waterfalls and a lot more are all simple to arrange. I like to scuba dive and there are lots of dive centers within walking distance of the hotel. Movenpick Cebu Resort Hotel and Spa is our base for a fabulous time in The Philippines.
