Amazing resort, especially suitable for families. Staff were very friendly and make you feel at home! Was only here for a week, but would highly recommend to anyone. The sharing of amenities with the neighboring Sheraton resorts was also a nice perk, pool crawl anyone?

Once again The Westin was an amazing holiday. The cleanliness of the resort and the rooms is above all levels. The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly. I have nothing negative to say it was all positive.

This hotel is horrible!!The room, amenities, staff and cleanliness of the pool were all below the standard that I was expecting. I have traveled around the world and lived in 5 star accommodation and I believe this comes no where close to the standard that I am used to in 5 star accommodation. If you are used to luxury and clean surroundings, this place may not be the right place for you!!
