The Westin Fiji Golf Resort & Spa

Lovely hotel, although aging gracefully. Staff were fantastic, and fellow vacationers also friendly, which means that they are happy. Meals a little pricey, but easy access to town on the Bula Bus. Golf course across the road. A very nice place to relax and spend a nice holiday.

Loved the pool, having looked at the other resorts The Westin has a deep pool 1.5m most others were 0.9 to 1.2 even in the adults only areas which I found a bit shallow. Best breakfasts ever and if you're Gluten Free - great choice, at least 5 breads/ buns plus cereals and all the other options of fruit, eggs, salads etc Room was lovely and beds sure comfy. Only down side is cost of food, but all the resorts are similar. Food costs had gone up everywhere. Have been here last year and will be back

When we arrived we were told that our rooms (both) had a problem with power so they were sending us to the Sheraton but only one room was ready and we would have to wait for the other (it was 3.30pm). When we got to the Sheraton the block one room was in was being painted so workmen and paint everywhere. After 4pm the Westin phoned to say another room was ours upstairs but just finishing being cleaned. In fact the room was being painted! After another 1/2 hr at reception getting very frustrated we were given a room in a different block. At breakfast the next day they didn’t have our name or room numbers. We got the feeling we were not valued visitors which is a shame as it was our last night in Fiji so kinda ruined things.

The staff were superb. Everyone, cleaner, builders, etc. Mata, Elenor were a few of the staff that were excellent

Staff are very friendly but the whole resort needs a good makeover especially some of the bathrooms very tired.

Staff were great and accommodating, open space,excellent choice for breakfast.....bathroom in our room could do with an upgrade, plus noise from adjoining rooms..... overall was very good

- location of our room was good. the shower was leaky. - Staff were friendly ( Lia and Taraivini took good care of us) - Breakfast was good. - mini supermarket in the resort had limited items. you have to go to the resort next door. - Check in and staff at the entrance are very friendly - Pools of different depth were good for people with different skills but all pools very cold. on some day the water was too cold. - Dozen mineral water bottles were left in the room which was very handy. but please try and avoid the plastic bottles. Protect your beautiful island. may be more water dispensers around the resort will be good. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely stay there again.

The property was the better of the three Marriott branded resorts in terms of landscape, vista and breakfast buffet. Not much in the way of shopping, other than a convenience store and a couple of boutiques. All the resorts on the island had cold water pools, even the spas at the Westin were cold! Village 7 & 8 are in need of renovations- dark low ceiling rooms with Swedish wood paneling made the rooms feel depressing. But the staff were always smiling and attentive. Would have liked more engagement for the kids, but you need to walk to the Sheraton for the kids club (not really practical for Westin guest). Overall, a relaxed and enjoyable place.

Staff are fantastic and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great.

Free upgrade with a plunge pool made it, along with buffet breakfast, beautiful pools and delicious cocktails.
