Front desk could not find my booking when I called on line and spent more than 10 minutes and still could not find my booking. Appeared in person and they took long time to find my booking

Great location, awesome staff and good rooms/facilities. Handy being able to walk to Denarau village and other hotels, golf club etc. Pool however needs heating as it's very cold and everyone was complaining. It was June - maybe doesn't need it over summer proper.

We have admired the Westin for a while now, never having had the chance to stay there, but the Westin is it for us now. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Had a minor stuff up with our room not being ready on the first night, but these things happen and we couldn’t have been looked after better or compensated better for the inconvenience. Absolutely stunning resort, loveeeeeee the Fiji people, couldn’t have asked for any more! We will definitely be staying again. Ps the beds were so comfy I wanted to bring my bed home!

Spacious & clean resort. Breakfast very varied & staff hospitable. Cocktails probably over priced however. Evening entertainment could be better.

Fnatastic location & very well laid out. Kitchen Grill possibly needs to add more small bar food to it's menu though. Other than that, we loved our stay. THANKS

In general staff weren’t helpful. Our porter never showed to take our luggage when we checked out. There was no compendium in the room to tell us anything about the facility and they were very expensive for drinks and food.
