Friendly staff, fantastic buffet breakfast, relaxing pools with the bonus of sharing the next door Sheraton facilities. Perfect venue for a relaxing break!

The food at this resort is very expensive and limited. The rooms were clean but not spotless. Service was good but annoying with signing drinks off every time. A tab would have been better. The facilities were fine. Suited for an adults.

As always the staff make the place, the Fijian people are lovely and can’t help you enough. The Westin is a great place to stay but can see that a few areas need and bit of love and care, a few upgrades especially the Adults pool. The decking is old and has some nails protruding out as well as painted black making it extremely hot to walk on, you need your thongs at all times around that pool. Overall though a lovely stay.

We have been going to the Westin/Sheraton for 1o years now and I have to say that both resorts are now in need of some work to refresh them. The biggest disappointment with this last trip was the quality and cost the food and the limited choices available as two of the big restaurants were closed. As always the staff are all wonderful and are the hotel’s biggest asset.

As soon as you arrive you are treated like family. Food is amazing, drinks by pool is nice,but could be faster service. We were in village 4, and it was nice and close to breakfast and the pool, it waa very noisy early mornings and late at night with trolleys coming and going making it hard to sleep

Resort and staff were lovely, a family friendly resort, adults only area was a bit out of the way and didn’t have its own bar tho and none of the spas had heating :(
