The Westin Fiji Golf Resort & Spa

Excellent resort

The cyclone hit and property was a bit of a mess. Not there fault but clean up could of been done a lot quicker.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating (especially with a toddler). The Westin is not too modern in style which is what we wanted. Just a 5 minute bus ride to the main port where there are good restaurants and shopping options, A good place to stay if you have a young family.

I liked a lot of things at the Westin but one thing they should improve is the pool especially when talk about adult and kids... They should have an adult only

Location is great and proximity to other resorts is like no other. Staff will always great you with a smile and their kind nature was very calming during the stress and unpredictable incident of being there when cyclone Sarai hit and they were sure to apologise even though they definitely cannot predict the weather conditions overall happy with our stay.

Outside the room was very nice. Staff were also very nice and helpful however i wish some would smile a bit more. The room's bathroom is outdated in my opinion or even a shower curtain would go a long way. Having a cutlery or microwave would also be good. Overall very pleasant stay though! Thank you

Overall a good experience good location of the room and the breakfast was a vast improvement on my last visit.

Great location. Friendly staff, always smiling and greeting. Good breakfast spread (but the hotel should install nets at The Kitchen restaurant to keep birds away) - quite unhygienic with birds feasting at the buffet table. Nevertheless, the juice bar was amazing. The rooms are a little old but very comfortable and clean. Hotel pick-ups for the various trips very convenient. No issues getting a cab to go to the Port for dinner. Kids friendly.

Lobby weakening yor imagination for greatness in architecture (annex type) in a mixture of Feng shui on side gardening and water surface present.

I’ve stayed here a fair few times over the years but our recent stay was below par , the vibe of the hotel isn’t what it used to be. The menu in the restaurant is very average for the prices you pay , the staff were ok but seems like they couldn’t be bothered being there. When Starwood managed the Westin it was better then now that it is run by the Marriott group. Some Background music would be good around the pool area I had a toddler and the staff were amazing with him but next time I’ll stay at the Sheraton as it’s more kid friendly. They did upgrade us to a beachfront room which was very nice and we were Very appreciative of this I hear there’s a renovation coming soon at the Westin perhaps they will improve once this is done
