The services were excellent especially the porters. The hotel really needs updating and ground floor beachfront limited privacy as other guests walked passed

Excellent location near surrounding hotels and eateries. We noticed this hotel was not as windy as other hotels during wet season and also have very friendly staff!

My family and I enjoyed the pool. The pool was by far better than the Sheraton and had more seating options around. However, we couldn’t find the adults only pool.

The adults only pool is fabulous. The resort needs a spruce up in areas, but the facilities are great. Food is fine although not a huge range of choices.

Loved our stay, great facilities and atmosphere.The pools are quite cold. If you have room service food there is 45minutes wait time which can be long if you have young kids. They do take that long

The breakfast is so bad and there are bed bugs in our room, room service guys said change mattes

The property is a little tired now. Staff are friendly and service is good. The cost of everything is wildly inflated and not particularly great food etc. Book with caution.

Great location with a wide range of breakfast options at the buffet. The bed was heavenly and the upgraded bathroom in the Spa plunge pool room was very special. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many options for dining within a 1 km walk along the waterfront.

Staff are very good especially concierge staff Rooms are tired and need an upgrade for what you pay for them they are not value for money
