STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL....HAD BETTER MEALS AT OTHER RESORTS FOR DINNER THOUGH

The property is well looked and spacious but the rooms do need an upgrade and the food and drinks are too expensive and not much choice in food menu.

The rooms were spacious. The ambience was good. The hotel can be a bit more lighted as the lighting is very dull if I compare with other modern hotels like Sheraton. The hallway should be air conditioned as the area is full of mosquitoes.

I liked the adult only area, but would have preferred it to have a view of the ocean. The staff were excellent, however, we were not impressed with the property itself - we had a lot of issues that although resolved, really put a blight on our stay. Loved the spa. Staff and treatments were spectacular - although very expensive.

Like the pool , breakfast and dinner buffet, sports activities, don’t think the dining areas have been sprayed to minimise the mosquitoes, room service is not with consistent standards about what to provide for the room we have to ask a few times for things short of supply, also one day no room service , asked the house keeper and reception , no explanation no apology was given ,room has no instructions on how to use the phone, the service express button labeled but didn’t work if you dial it , caused the inconvenience on first night of check in

Upon arrival staff was very friendly and helpful. My flight into Nadi was at 5am took a taxi to the hotel and was not able to check in at the moment. Since I arrive so early and check in was at 3pm .The reception at the check in counter offered a fee breakfast and Spa pass while I waited for a room. I thought that was very nice that the front desk offered that pass the time. He made it a very stress free experience and it was unexpected and nice offer.

Beautiful, well maintained grounds, spacious rooms, adult only pool !

Overall great service friendly staff perfect location. Loved it and will definitely be back.
