We enjoyed our stay so much! Great location for walking to almost everything, super clean, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast and outstanding tea every afternoon. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the Francis Malbone! Both the breakfast and tea time are amazing. Everything is scratch made and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. Great location. Great room. Great breakfast and tea time. And probably the nicest staff you’ll ever encounter. Highly recommend across the board. And Newport is just stunning, with great seafood everywhere.

Amazing place, my girlfriend and I had a great time, we would defiantly return. Also there was amazing breakfast and tea time, the food was amazing, 10/10 stay. Hosts where very nice and polite, beds where very comfortable, overall an amazing trip and stay.

We had an amazing stay ! The property was very clean, the staff friendly and the food was delicious !! Breakfast and an afternoon tea was included in our stay . Great assortment of delicious breakfast items as well as some amazing sweet and savory items offered for the afternoon tea. I would highly recommend staying here, it is also in the heart of the town, convenient short walks to all the shops and restaurants and the wharf. We will definitely be back !!

Charming, historic inn we love to visit every spring. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and gourmet. We look forward to staying at the Francis Malbone House every year.

This is the most charming and lovely B&B's I've ever stayed in. The rooms and beds were wonderful. The inn offers a full breakfast and afternoon tea. The staff are so friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit and each. Would definitely recommend!

Like staying at a friend's house. Guest parking is free. Park your car and walk to shops, food and all that downtown Newport has to offer. The Mansions, beaches and Cliff Walk are all just a short drive away. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and restful. Breakfast is included and delicious. Shout out to Sue! Afternoon tea which is comprised of sweet and savory homemade treats is a perfect respite. This was our 3rd visit. It will not be our last.
