Incredible location, food prepared for breakfast and the afternoon were phenomenal and the garden area was lovely.

This Inn is extraordinary. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly. The rooms are lovely. Some bedrooms have bathtubs and others don’t so contact the Inn for availability . The breakfast and afternoon appetizer's were delicious. Contact the Inn in advance if you have special dietary restrictions as they are very accommodating. The location is downtown Newport and there is free parking behind the Inn which is very convenient. I fully endorse this Inn.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. The afternoon tea is delightful but don't have an early dinner. The on-site baked goods are delicious. Hope you like breakfast as they have an amazing breakfast. We have stayed many times over the years and always have a great experience. Convient the Newport harbor and and other Newport sites.

We had a lovely visit! It was my second time, my daughter’s 1st and we loved every second of our time. The proximity to the mansions in Newport was a fantastic bonus!!

Wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea . Staff could not be nicer . TV’s in the rooms need to be updated as it was the size of my PC screen . Too small .😩 Wish they had walk in showers or at least rubber mats in shower , can be slippery . Wonderful property overall and will definitely Return when the crowds die down in Newport . Parking in back of property is a big plus. Location could not be more handy to many of the great activities at Newport . Enjoyed breakfast out in the courtyard , reminded me of Paris hotels which offer such courtyards as well .

It was my fourth time to visit my very favorite Inn ( and not to brag but I’m well traveled). I love the authenticity of the decor , the lovely breakfasts and teas and the warmth and hospitality of everyone working there. We were there to celebrate my granddaughter’s graduation from Salve Regina and it fitted in perfectly with our plans
