Location, breakfast, bed and pillow and silence. So, I could sleep comfortably

Front desk lady could be a little bit friendlier and give at least light smile. No Netflix or any other apps. I couldn’t watch a movie . Regular cable Hot water pressure in shower was weak and draining was so slow that it was creating a pool No fridge in a room. I couldn’t keep my drinks chilled

Absolutely stunning. My room felt like a $1000 per night stay. Food is provided and absolutely amazing (I am a foodie!). The garden is lovely and the historic building is well preserved and dazzling.

Luxury from a bygone era. Beautiful setting and accommodations conveniently located to uptown and the Southpark shopping area. Free parking and a wonderful breakfast are included. Our favorite place to stay in Charlotte!
