Prima Royale

The hotel was great, and in a great location, but the staff was phenomenal. Eliya at the front desk and Yosseff in food service went out of their way to make the hotel feel like home. I was their for 3 weeks and wish it could have been more. Can't wait to use the Prima Royale on my next trip to Jerusalem.

Everything was wonderful especially Eliya and Youseffe. Eliya was very friendly and Youseffe was very helpful bringing my wife water and other things. The hotel was also very accommodating making our room more accessible. We would definitely come back.

The staff is so friendly! Eliya is very friendly and helpful. Youseffe also goes way beyond my expectations. The cleaning staff is also very sweet. The only issue is the air conditioner. Sometimes it's freezing and sometimes it doesn't seem to work at all.

Everything about this hotel was really excellent. It is not a luxurious hotel, but if you are looking for a nice clean, well maintained and very centrally located hotel, this is the best choice in Jerusalem.

Great stay again. The staff, location, and amenities are wonderful. The breakfast is very good and consistent, and the room was terrific. A nice relaxing stay and always a taxi available or take a bus. Just a couple minute walk to many bus lines.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local transportation and 15 min walk to the old city. The room was very clean and comfortably sized. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I want to extend a special thanks to Eliran, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel. Saar S.

Visited 9 family members for vacation. Took 4 rooms. Clean rooms but old structure. Very small parking area in the hotel so need to consider this because the nearby parking isn't free. Breakfast is very dull and service doesn't help to improve the experience. The location is very good and easy to walk or take a bus anywhere in Jerusalem.

We stayed for a week and loved it! We spent every evening on the rooftop enjoying the 360 degree view of Jerusalem. The hotel was clean, and smelled nice. Our room was very very clean and perfect size for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful and helped us with every request! We especially are thankful to Eliya, Madlin, Fawaz, Yusuf and Monir for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return here.

I had an incredible experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the western wall, close to major attractions and restaurants nearby Mamila. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was comfortable, Dining at was a highlight, with delicious food and a fantastic breakfast buffet. I highly recommend Prima Royal Hotel for an unforgettable stay.

Tasteless, dull, unappetizing breakfasts. Everything tasted third rate.
