"Not to be missed!!"

A wonderful 4 day stay,staff friendly,superb breakfast and a clean room.To sit on rooftop terrace at the end of the watching sunset & views over the city was so relaxing .pity no pool! bus stops nearby, short walk to YMCA gardens and shopping centre

"Nice mid range hotel in good area of Jerusalem"

The hotel is well located minutes walk from old or new cities and relatively quiet area. Great view from the rooftop. The room is quite good- slightly small but no issues. Good cupboard space The main reason i gave 4 stars rather than 5- this was s a Jewish shabbat and there was no tea- coffee available in afternoon. Where many guests are shomer Shabbat should have 24 hour hot water and coffee tea available. as guest has no other way to make it. Street parking was not difficult

"Perfect Quiet Urban Retreat"

Not enough space to say how great this hotel is! Room & bath designed to max space & storage, bath well appointed, coffee, tea, water, nice bath products. Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh & delish. Front desk beyond helpful! 10/10 stars!!

"Appalling daily cleaning."

Pros: Convenient location. Decent breakfasts. There are more cons. The room is small, but the biggest problem is cleanliness. The room was dirty, daily cleaning left a dirty sink, food crumbs on the table, coffee cups unwashed, wine glasses as well. There were toothpaste residues and hair in the sink. The bathroom mat wasn't replaced, just folded. The bed linen was never changed. Of all the hotels I've been to, I've never seen such "cleaning" anywhere.

"Comfort and Convenience"

We had a great stay at the Prima Royale. THe staff let us check in early despite a very early arrival. The breakfast buffet is excellent. And the staff could not have been more friendly-- they even opened the rooftop garden for us on an especially balmy day, even though it was closed for the winter. We were within easy walking distance of many important tourist areas, including the Jaffa Gate to the Old City. Excellent value for our trip!
