Caring staff and an affordable experience within easy walking distance of the old city walls - it had all I needed in a destination where prices can scrape the sky. Especially worth recommending is the local guide the staff recommended, Charlie, who was invaluable for me in arranging to see the many widely spread destinations of interest in the wider West Bank area.

I was appreciative that they gave me a complimentary 8 PM checkout, allowing me access to the room for a shower and for charging my phone and computer in advance of a late-night return flight.

Have stayed here before, no surprises. Perfectly decent hotel, good staff. Pretty basic, especially by US standards. Rooms on the small side (again, by US standards). Very reasonable price, and excellent location. Would stay again

Great location, good staff, reasonable price. Room suited my needs, not too fancy or large. Door to my room didn't lock, also TV didn't work. I paid for the breakfast, it was good but not as good as in other hotels. Only $9/day.
