המלון ברמה בינונית ראינו ברזומה של המלון שיש מסג'ים התקשרתי להזמין אמרו שבמלון אין יותר שירותי מסג'ים. הגענו למלון לשתי לילות על בסיס חצי פנסיון אך לדאבוני ארוחות הערב היו גרועות ביותר שאילץ אותנו לצאת החוצה ולאכול במסעדות. באופן ככלי הצוות היה בסדר, נחמד והשתדל להענות לבקשתנו

This is a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good and generous. The rooms are clean, but somewhat small and crowded. In addition, the hotel advertises free parking, but in reality, they have limited space and do not always have parking. This is misleading.

The rooms are tiny and the walls are paper thin. Also the front desk kept pestering me about noise when I wasnt there half the time and the rest I was sleeping. Not a good time at this place.

The hotel location is great. At my arrival room was clean but during my stay the service was poor... breakfast was great... different options.. front desk staff was very friendly but security people was rude and always in the personal cellphone.

It was our first time to Israel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prima Royale. We had a junior suite on the 7th floor and a beautiful view of Jerusalem. Vegetarian options were limited to mainly salad and grilled vegetables, however we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner.
