Mucho sargazo en la playa, pero no es responsabilidad del hotel. Además están siempre limpiando la playa.

Resort and beach are very nice., problems: after 6 pm only bar is lobby bar and always a line up. No entertainment other than theatre show at 930. Would be nice to have a piano player, musician entertaining in lobby between 7 and 9. Was told when we booked and again at checkin that men must wear long pants and closed toe shoes in restaurants. Definatley did not follow that, men and shorts and sandles or flip flops. We don't have an issue with that other than the extra clothes we packed because of the so called rules.

Camere belle,inserite nella vegetazione locale, bellissima spiaggia,peccato per l'arrivo delle alghe solo dopo 2 giorni dal nostro arrivo...ma la natura predomina😊 Letto comodo e ambiente pulito. Per il resto bel resort in generale

I bicchieri utilizzati per le bevande nel chiosco della piscina ,secondo me poco igienici! Altra piccola pecca...per chi ha bimbi piccoli non ho trovato un angolo dedicato a loro per poter preparare semplicemente del latte o le pappe... servizio che ho avuto modo di vedere in un altro viaggio sempre in Messico (quando non avevo bambini ). Da migliorare l'organizzazione per le cene a prenotazione nei ristoranti a tema...scarsa disponibilità di posti,purtroppo avendo pernottato 10 notti... abbiamo potuto prenotare solo 4 sere!!! Riduttivo direi...fortuna che c' è sempre il ristorante principale a buffet a disposizione degli ospiti.Aria condizionata troppo fredda,direi fastidiosa di sera

The size of our room was great! And the private pool in our room was lovely . The staff were very friendly and helpful

The electrics in our room were abit dicey, lights kept flickering when you turners switches on. The room had a slight smell of damp. The water in the shower wasn’t hot enough. It was warm but not hot. The drinks around the room were pretty basic. The food at the buffet was good, slightly repetitive but tastes good. All the food we had at the a’la carte restaurants was pretty bad. In 3 that I tried everything we were served was stone cold.

Just returned from a lovely week. Travelled with husband and friends. Warm smooth welcome, rooms average, small issues delt with promptly. Beach is beautiful and loads of chairs, shade or sun. Didn’t do the pool but looked beautiful and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We did the privileged level so only ate buffet once. Average. A la carts good. We phoned guest service first evening and got reasonable times for every evening. Beloved was our 5 star because of amazing service, smiles and food was prompt delicious. Definitely would return another time

As usual we had a wonderful stay at CPM. Thank you for the staff accommodating our stay with a ground floor room close to the pool and restaurants. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Beloved treating us so nicely. For those of you that have never been to CPM, it is a smaller resort with many international guests - which adds to the charm. Food is very good. The beach it the star of the hotel. If you want a beautiful beach don't miss this place! My request to fix the slow drain in our shower was never addressed :( Otherwise, this place is top notch. Top notch staff at all levels.

Just an average resort, it doesn't really deserves to be called a 5 stars resort. The location is pretty, but the service is just average. The quality of the food at the buffet is nothing impressive, the only food worth eating comes from the few restaurants available to be booked for dinner. The cocktails are poorly made, and the service is unenthusiastic. It's not all that clean, and for a premium deluxe room I would expect much more. It lacks a bathtub and a toilet brush, and as I said I generally would expect more from a premium deluxe room in a 5 stars resort.

Il villaggio è bello, pulito e ben organizzato, offre buon cibo e relax. I ristoranti (inclusi) ti fanno sembrare di andare a cena fuori tutte le sere e ti fanno sentire proprio in vacanza e coccolato. Molto bella la struttura che ha delle casine basse e molto colorate immerse in una curatissima e lussureggiante vegetazione.

Difficile prenotare i ristoranti, troppa fila al bar, l'animazione per i bambini è un po' sbrigativa. Inoltre non è colpa del villaggio, ma i primi giorni di gennaio la spiaggia era già piena di sargasso. Veniva pulita regolarmente, ma era in acqua e tempo poco tornava. Il servizio medico ottimo per la bravura e la gentilezza della dottoressa, ma troppo caro e non è accettabile che senza pagare 300$ non diano nemmeno una pomata per un pinzo di ape o un po' di disinfettante per una sbucciatura.
