Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

Tia the breakfast server was very kind.

Check-in was easy and friendly - Kawan gave us a great room and got us through the process quickly so I could get my kids up to the room, which was comfortable and clean.

Spent one night for business. Room was spacious clean and well appointed. Easy check in but you do have to run outside and put your paid parking permit in your car. Breakfast buffet in the morning was good but a little over priced at $22. Overall if you need a hotel near BWI it is a good choice

Hotel is nice and clean. The only complaint I have was our room wasn’t ready when we checked. Check in is listed for 3:00 pm, we arrived at 4:30 pm. Heard this same complaint from other guest

I booked a day use hotel so that i could be near the airport for a late flight. It was my first time booking a room like that and I arrived a little early. Angela at the front desk was super helpful and made the check in process a breeze.

Tia, the morning cook provided outstanding morning meals to start off my day. Her bubbly personality, her outstanding and tasteful food are unmatched. I look forward to having breakfast at Hilton at BWI airport in Linthicum.

I stay at this hotel a lot. Steven at the front desk is always very courteous and very helpful and always has a fantastic attitude. Room quality varies room to room. It can be noted that the higher floors, while they are upgrades, tend to have temperature control issues because the units can’t push the heat or the cool up to the top of the building. Most times when I stay on floors six and seven, the temperature control is just fine but usually when I’m on the 10th and 11th floor, the room temperature is a lot more like ambient. It’s actually a pretty significant gap in the hotel experience. Good hotel, overall, especially near the airport.

Stayed at Hilton BWI for 4 nights for a friend's wedding. Shout-out to Lord and Angela for the 5 star attention and service! I felt attended to and cared for when making requests. I also appreciate them for the lovely talks, sharing stories about themselves. It made the interactions feel comfortable and welcomed. Also the breakfast was cooked EXTREMELY well. It was my favorite part of the day. Well done and thank you.
