"3 star hotel at best"

Stayed two nights in April, waste of money for a 4 star hotel. Even though the lobby is big, that’s about all that is impressive. The rooms are tired and beat up, the over-priced room service food (which was not good) came in a brown bag, and the bathroom is tiny. So this is really a 2.5 star hotel dressed up in a 4 star rating. As a note, we have no comment on the employees here - we really had no interaction. PS - self parking in front of hotel (not a parking garage) is pay by phone which is not disclosed.
