"Overall great experience."

Loved how clean and aesthetically appealing the hotel was. Very comfortable accommodations. And of course the warm cookies.

The parking use to be reasonable. $25 for the night is ridiculous. The staff at the counter wasn’t very kind. But she was efficient and got each guest handled quickly. Just her greeting did not match the hotels energy.

The convenience of the 24 hour shuttle, every half hour. The freshly baked cookies as you arrive it's always a great treat after a travel day. The messages you get as you arrive to greet you and ask if you need anything and how fast they reply. I thought I had left a gift in the room and Tarla immediately sent someone over to check. I had left it at the airport security line. They all provide really good customer service! I will definitely stay at this property again.

"Great stay and perfect location for short airport shuttle trip."

Always a great preflight stay. Shuttle service is always top notch and on time.

Rooms are a little old and need refreshing but not so bad that I wouldn’t recommend.

"My stay was terrible, never again!"

The location was close to everywhere I needed to be.

The whole floor off the elevator stinks. My room smelled like mildew. And the tub filled with dirty water as soon as you start taking a shower and it took a long time to even go down. I had to leave to go properly shower! And I paid for 2 nights I checked in at 7:35pm and checked out before noon the next day! I will never come back I’m from Ohio. To pay as much as I did for two nights my stay should have been worth it! Never again!! They nights shouldn’t be the price that it is especially with they funky aroma smells I paid cheaper prices for better stays! This was a waste of my time,money and trip.
