Very clean and comfortable

The property was clean. The halls were quiet. My room was pleasant and the bathroom had hot running water. These things are plus for me. The bar was very comfortable and convenient. So I can say I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was not an inclusion!

I book a reservation for my parents, called to confirm, add preferences, and update the credit card. I was put on hold for almost 45mins then when I finally got an agent as soon as I stated I wanted to add preferences to a reservation I was immediately transferred to central reservations. I spoke with Matthew who I thought was helpful but evidently did not relay any pre arrival info. My parents were very disappointed that when the arrived their reservation was canceled. I understand that business can get business but there is no excuse for the unprofessional, unpleasant treatment. I know this does not reflect Hiltons culture. If you can't be professional under pressure this is not the right job for you. All guest are important no matter if on the phone or in front of you. If you are too busy take a number and call the guest back. Check, notes, preferences, traces etc

I’m submitting feedback regarding a disappointing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport, managed by Huntington Hospitality Group. I booked a one-night stay through Hotels.com (Expedia). We initially arrived at approximately 2:00 PM EST to inquire about early check in, understanding that many hotels now offer this option for a fee, but we were informed it was not available. Due to severe weather and other delays, we returned later that evening to check in. We had reserved a King accessible room, as I have back and knee issues and require accessible accommodations. Upon arrival, the front desk associate provided room keys but offered little communication or assistance. After locating the room on our own, we discovered it was a standard double-bed room rather than the accessible room we booked. I returned to the front desk to request the correct room, but the associate responded dismissively, stating that it was “all they had” and that nothing could be done. Because I booked through Hotels.com, I contacted them for support. Initially, they were hesitant, but after escalating to a supervisor, Hotels.com attempted to coordinate with the front desk on my behalf. The supervisor later informed me that the associate was uncooperative and stated that I would need to return downstairs to “check in again,” despite the fact that I had already checked in, paid the deposit, and paid for parking. Additionally, the hotel’s internet service was not functioning, which further complicated the situation. Throughout the night, we were unable to reach the front desk by phone. The following morning, when we attempted to pay for breakfast, the restaurant staff were unable to charge the room because the system did not show us as checked in. This was eventually resolved, but it reinforced our concern that our check in had been mishandled. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing — from receiving the wrong room type, to the lack of service, to the challenges caused by the check in issues. Based on this experience, I do not plan to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as guests work hard for their money and deserve respectful customer service and proper accommodations. Stayed Jan 31, 2026 for one night.

You have to pay for your parking. Broken shower handle, a hair in the sink, nasty caulking and torn wallpaper in the bathroom, mystery stains on the couch. Maybe at one time in the past this place was nice, but there’s lots of neglected maintenance plus you have to pay for your parking.

No heat in room and no explanation why not. ist 29 outside and 63 in the room. Guess they figure the room is warmer that outside so its ok

This place is mediocre. The rooms are tired and service is mostly nonexistent. Most employees ignore you and then act like you're inconveniencing them when you ask for assistance. Call the hotel to get the shuttle to pick you up from the airport - their automated line says they are there on the 15 and 45, but that isn't true. We waited from about 5 after until 25 after when I called and they said they'd send someone. The younger female bartender and what seemed like the breakfast restaurant manager were very nice. Every other employee in the building was rude at best. There seems to be a hierarchy for which guests they respond to positively and we didn't seem to make the grade. If I were Hilton, I'd pull their flag. We won't stay here again.
