All staff were attentive and welcoming. Hotel is situated in nice welll maintained grounds. Room was a good size, clean and tidy and nicely decorated and equipped. Bathroom was also very nice.

I booked a Superior Room with air conditioning knowing I would be staying on one of the hottest days of the year. Unfortunately the AC did not work. Also when you opened up the fridge door a light came on but that too did not work. Management did offer us a different room but the AC in that room was also faulty. The AC did work in the bar restaurant area but too well. I got cold sat there whilst eating. Next morning I did spot some staining on the bottom bed sheet.

"It was a good stay,the staff great & would book again"

We thought the staff on arrival & departure were great.Very friendly & helpful.

We came back after the wedding around 10ish & even though we could buy from the bar the tea/coffee machine wasn't available. Also it would of been a nice to have some bottle water in our room
