"Exceptional"

I found the location beautiful, excellent service,but disappointed with Breakfast no fried eggs, not quite fresh. The room was great but the bedding, quilt was heavy and pillows terrible hard and lumpy, so got them changed and slept better second night. Pools outside service and grounds excellent, lovely staff. Bathroom could do with a better clean. Thanks.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. Staff couldn't have been better. A few small issues like wifi not extending to the room. Great location in relation to Victoria and amazing restaurants within walking distance.

Quiet location. Staff were unable to turn off the heating in our room. However they did waive the upgrade fee to compensate. There was noisy renovation work going on which we should have been warned about. Restaurant very expensive.

Really peaceful and single stand alone huts are pretty nice all around the pool .. A little dated and expected a little more from a 5 star but overall a happy experience.

"Sad decline of a once lovely hotel"

We stayed at Ta Cenc about 15 years ago and enjoyed such a lovely time, sadly it is now a shadow of its former glory. The food is still lovely, however there were cockroaches and an ant infestation in the bedroom, the ceilings leaked when it rained and the bar staff were not at all friendly. All very disappointing. It needs some investment to get back to its wonderful self.
