Food is perfect Beach is very close

Spa was great for us in great massage, great mud treatment. Breakfast was great, “view” limited, it’s an older Israeli hotel. Great time, no kids noted at all so very Mucha. Local adult type vacation spot.

Great, helpful staff at reception

Very nice facility with an indoor salt water pool. Spa treatments were excellent and staff very friendly. The dining room staff was a bit unprofessional pushing heavy loud carts around the dining room around diners. There were lots of flies everywhere, needs to be addressed and improved as it is very bothersome.

Staff was not very friendly and there was exceptionally limited parking. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were either incompetent or they were extremely rude. Questions about parking (there’s not enough parking for guests) or towels or water, or anything, were reacted to with great irritation as though guests in general were a huge inconvenience! A few smiles from staff would go a long way in making guests feel welcome. I suppose that because these Dead Sea hotels are always busy they don’t have to bother much and the Oasis is one of the more affordable hotels at the resort so gets booked up. When we asked where we could park our car we were answered with sarcasm. Astonishing. Towels were a massive issue - they ran out several times a day.

The first two rooms we were given had dirty pillows and damaged dirty tub but when we showed pictures and brought it to their attention the staff was accommodating and found us a nicer room. The view was spectacular and the food was delicious. I would stay here again if given the chance
