I wish the staff would show a smile on their face

My room didn't have air condition. I complained but they did nothing

Staff super friendly but the food quality and beverage service hours are disappointing. Spa looks much nicer online than in person, the property is definitely past its prime. Good location.

Expedia needs to hire humans to answer their phone. Nothing like wasting hours trying to talk to a bot when you are on vacation

We are coming back to this hotel every year and we absolutely love it! The room was very clean, the staff is friendly and responsive and the food was Amazing!!!. We loved the spa and we booked a couple massage and it was excellent

Food in general was not as good as expected. Room was old and in poor condition.

Parking issues

It was very nice hotel and very quiet and pleasant. The food was excellent. There was a parking problem, not enough parking available. The was confusion as to the time and place of meals. They are have two restaurants and staff did not let us know which one so we waited at the wrong restaurant for it to open.

Easy access to spa facilities.
