Oasis Spa Club Dead Sea Hotel

We booked a garden room. It was worth every penny with all the little extras they had available. The staff were all friendly and courteous. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

Grim rooms and incredibly rude staff - particularly the security guard outside who was just straight offensive to us on arrival and in every encounter after. The Dead Sea is an amazing location but hard to justify paying twice the price you might reasonably expect for equivalent facilities elsewhere.

I didnt like that they told me on the phone that all amenities were open but then when I arrived the pool was closed. I didnt like how they made me pay 4 nis for more nespresso pods and I didnt like that their air conditioner in the rooms were not working. I was pretty disappointed.

Lovely hotel, wonderful spa and amazing food! What more can one ask for?

My mother and I were treated very cordially by Oskar (the property manager) and other staff. The utilities and other food were great.

Buffet breakfast is very good! It is worthy to join meals over there. The room is clean. The location is conventient to go to the beach at dead sea. My husband and I had a relaxing vacation over there.

Very old hotel , old devices like TV , Phone I was taxed, even though it was written in the order that the price includes taxes !!!!
