I love the beginning process of checking in I was able to get a room on the back where the scenic view of the waters was beautiful and peaceful. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and surrounded by stores.

I really didn't have any complaints

"Left immediately after walking to the broken elevators"

Nothing

No elevator for the second floor, hallways were hot. After arriving to the property I remembered staying here after Hurricane Ida and it was horrible and rooms are very small. The check in lady should let guest know about the elevator situation. No carts can be used if you are on the 2nd floor! This information should be on the website!
