Hampton Inn Vidalia

They charged my debit card for my room, which was already paid for. But, it was credited right away. I was then charged an additional $25 for "incidentals" which i was told wont be credited for 3-5 days.

Except in the back of the property you couldn’t tell the hotel is being remodeled. I look forward to staying there again!

Working in an industry that every so often has last minute cancelations due to unforseen circumstances I have never ever had a problem canceling early in the morning of my stay. This is acrossed multiple states and Hilton locations. This location in which my company brings business monthly insisted on charging me a late cancelation fee. First time in 5 years as a Hilton diamond member staying at Hilton hotels. Its obvious that the owners and GM are focused on the quick buck and not long term customer loyalty. Hope my cancelation charge and $100 was worth thousands of dollars to your business because you just lost a companys business. I would not recommend staying at this location. Your money to them and not a customer !

Website dies not mention this (at least it didn't when I booked it). The walls seemed paper thin as I was awoken at 7a by saws, drills, hammers, contractors talking, etc. Front desk didn't seem to care..

Rm 316 was nice and clean. BUT… The air conditioner was SOOO LOUD that we could NOT sleep. The night Mgr came up and agreed it was VERY NOISY but there were no other rooms available. Since it was very late when we arrived, we had no other options but to “put up” with it. She did provide us earplugs! However they were of very little help. I spoke with Tonia, the hotel manager, who said she could not refund. Next call is to Hilton Honors Diamond Member Help Desk….

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Property being remodeled. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Peeling wallpaper stapled to wall. Should have tried Home 2 for sure.

Being renovated. Room was not what I expect from a Hampton Inn.

This place is so disgusting !! I was afraid to take my shoes off & there is no way you would get in the shower.

The staff were great . The room needs remodel , the desk chair was about to breack . Should have been cheeper when hotel is having remodel

When I left the room to get breakfast they asked if I was leaving when I went to the lobby or took something out to my car they asked if I was leaving While I was in the “lounge” area the attendant decided I was there too long and had the front desk ask me what room I was in. Then when I was leaving , there was no one at the front desk, the staff was in the “lounge”. Maybe that’s the problem. I was interrupting there day by being a paying guest. Just avoid if you can
