Hotel RH Corona del Mar

Just returned from another great holiday at the Corona del Mar! The hotel always delivers a great experience. Great food, wonderful staff and a perfect location in Benidorm - as well as being good value for money. What’s not to like! Thank you to all the hard-working staff for making our holiday another relaxing and memorable experience. Looking forward to returning soon!

Everything excellent as usual. The staff helpful and cheery, the food plentiful and the drinks reasonable. Even the weather was fantastic. Slight downside was no bar service by the pool. Not much good is disabled.

From booking in to checking out, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us with wheelchair hire, taxi's and nothing was too difficult for them. The rooms are very spacious. The food was very good with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Another perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Service as usual excellent in ALL areas. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, spotless. (Carpet in room maybe in need of a refresh) There was a lovely group of friendly guests, some we recognised from previous visits, which says how good this hotel is. Well done David for keeping us entertained on our rainy day, sunny days and evening, you were brilliant. We have already booked our return visit. See you next year x

Just returned from another great stay at this lovely hotel , once again from entering the building you are always greeted by very friendly and helpfull reception staff . The hotel is always superbly clean everywhere . The barstaff are amazing so friendly special mention of diago and carlos but all just make the stay such fun my family came in every evening and loved it , and a great plus is the new entertainment host David a great asset to the hotel ,organising lots of games and a very fun hardworking man. No complaints love everything food is good lots of choice and bar prices are very reasonable. Pool area is lovely good sunbeds and seating . Great position 2 mins from the beach lovely walk along into the old town . Thanks again all at the coroner.

Really lovely hotel with great staff. The pool area is lovely. They have added some activities during the day which are great fun. I had a go at archery. This is a welcome addition to the hotel. Two out of three mornings, there was proper, nice back bacon which I much prefer to the Spanish, streaky equivalent. The rest of the breakfast is good too although freshly squeezed orange juice would be really welcome. The staff are great. The lady who checked me in changed my room as we wanted to be high up. Expedia hadn’t passed this request on. She did it with no issues and sorted out my other request, a double bed, on the second day (she had allowed me to check in early otherwise I could have waited for the double to be done). There is a water fountain in the stairways for you to fill the carafe provided and there is a fridge in the room. Aircon is good. Beds large. Sea view, if you get one, is lovely. Shower powerful and hot. We were served at breakfast by wonderful staff who were kind and helpful. There is one lady, Gala. Who works extremely hard and is kind, cheerful and helpful. She managed to deal with an extremely rude and unreasonable customer, and handled it brilliantly all the time smiling, and remaining genial and accommodating. These things really matter. I couldn’t fault her. The evening entertainment was fun and very good quality. The singers had us all up and dancing and we saw two acrobats who were amazing. I enjoyed it very much. Some marvellous memories! A few very minor gripes: The outside bar wasn’t open which would have been nice. Also the towel service, water slide and indoor pool shut between 1.30 and 3.30. There were two bottles of water in the fridge which I drank and was charged 4.40 for them when I left. I wouldn’t have had them, if I’d realised, especially with a water cooler outside and a garage provided. Lastly, I arrived on 13th October and the reception and bar were decorated for Halloween. I don’t mean to be a killjoy but it’s 3 weeks away and this is a nice, classy 4 star hotel. I didn’t really want to be confronted with a load of messy, pound shop tat everywhere. It didn’t matter. I am still giving it 5 stars because it was a lovely experience and the staff were so brilliant. I’d love to go back soon.

Not our first visit by far.Still a great hotel,location ,cleanliness,staff all first class.However we feel the food standard has dropped.some food overcooked,some not cooked e enough. Whether this is due to a change of staff in the kitchen we dont know.durin our 11 day stay there was no porridge at breakfast on at least 8 days, the only tinned fruit available on these days was pineapple rings ,it became a joke between guests as to what would be available nex day. Apart from this no complaints at all.The new entertainments guy was the best thot this hotel has had since we first visited.

Ask for a high floor. Poniente is a wonderful place to view from your balcony. You can hire towels so don't take any. Enjoy

Just returned from a first time stay at this lovely hotel which is in a great location very close to Poniente beach and walking distance to the old town .We stayed in a sea view room which was ideal for 3 of us sharing .We found the beds extremely comfortable including the bed settee .The food was very good and the staff all pleasant and helpful.We were very impressed by David who organised the day time and evening entertainment ( for those who wished to take part ) with great humour and charm bringing together multi nationals ensuring everyone really enjoyed themselves .Well done David .

We have stayed at a few other hotels in close proximity which is an excellent location, but they were not up to the standard of Corona del Mar, the restaurant was a pleasant experience not noisy , the food delicious, .. excellent pool .. and many thanks to David who made our holiday complete, he deserves a lot of recognition as a compere and running the animation , everyone loved his sense of humour and made our holiday so much more enjoyable… thank you David! Keep up the good work!
