Hotel RH Corona del Mar

Had a wonderful two week stay at this hotel. The location is close to all amenities and a short walk into the Old Town. We were in the outdoor pool every day and there are plenty of sunbeds available and a very relaxing area to chill out.There are activities available to play each day if you wanted with David who organised everything, and what a wonderful character he is ! My husband never normally participates but David is so amiable and has everyone laughing and feeling at ease and we made many friends this way, he made our holiday more enjoyable.. Thank you David! Keep up the good work ! There was excellent evening entertainment each night . The restaurant was pleasant and had an outside conservatory area also and the food was varied and good. Thank you everyone at the Corona we can’t wait to return !

Fabulous hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. Reuben and Lorena on reception were great, we had the standard room for one night, very spacious and a very comfortable bed. A minute from Poniente beach so a great location.

Here again for 3 weeks.....arrived a week ago and once more it's as lovely as the 1st time we came around 12 years ago.....big shout out to Dori in the dining room, super friendly, Claudia the mama of the group, Saray and Francisco, all work incredibly hard. Again, Ramon, Diego, Eusebio and Carlos in the bar are the steady backbone of the team, lots of old staff gone but this always happens and always will. My gorgeous reception ladies, Laura and Lorena. OMG our regular cleaner is amazing, we love her, been here for years and she always greets us with a hug. This hotel is our special go to place. It still leaves me with a warm heart and wanting to come back. Back again in January and just booked for April and September next year. Lots of repeat customers which tells the true story of a hotel. Thank you once again for such a lovely holiday, here's to the next 2 of 3 weeks. xxxx

We are currently at the Corona del Mar for three weeks, we holiday here for six to eight weeks every year for the last twelve years, always had an excellent vacation. The food is excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms are spotless. This holiday we have seen a big change in staff especially the main bar area, in any service industry it is always the staff that make a great hotel even more special. amazing holiday. Six experienced members of staff have left from the main bar since our last visit this year, it is such a shame as they really made a great team, Paco, Freddy, Edward, Davis, Rahul and Geordi……. As always a big shout out to Laura and Lorena on reception, Claudia and Sarah in the restaurant, special mention to David in entertainment, a wonderful young man with excellent people skills, and patience! Good look to all the new staff members in the hotel for the future.

We have been coming to the corona Del Mar hotel for 15 years May and September. This is a fabulous Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and always remember us. The only bit of disappointment is some of the bar staff who we’ve known have been moved on. They were absolutely great. But we have to get used to the new ones now. We have just come home after spending 2 weeks there, and what a fabulous time we had. Due to David the entertainer. We had such a good time with him. Dance lessons games by the pool, brilliant. He is so talented. We hope he will always be there. Looking forward to our next holiday there

We are there at the moment, as always all the staff can't do enough for us, food great, Every request greeted with a smile. Can't express my satisfaction, of the hotel and all the staff.

What a great 1st time in Benidorm we had , staying in this wonderful hotel with an excellent mix of European Guests. The hotel in our opinion catered for all nationalities with fantastic services for all , Entertainment if you required it was good , the resturaunt offered a buffet fayre with an excellent choice backed up with 1st class service from every staff member we encountered , our room was cleaned every day by a lovely happy smiling staff member , in the room we had a fridge to cool drinks and keep small items in , what a bonus and on every floor water was provided free of charge. A gym and a wellness area along with outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available whilst the location of the hotel is right on the sea front for plenty of wonderful flat walking ensuring getting your steps is no trouble at all. To top it all the staff at this hotel from day one to our final day provided service with a smile, we always say "People Make the Place" and they most certainly do at the "RH Corona Del Mar", will we return to Benidorm and this hotel , we certainly will , oh and by the way theres a special deal available to Returnees.

So, sadly, I spent hours/days reading all the reviews/comments about hotels in Benidorm, including location, food, queues , cleanliness , availability of sunbeds around the pool etc and I eventually chose this hotel. It was brilliant. We had a great sea view room, great location. The food was spot on, great choice, particularly enjoyed the Paella. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Best of all customer service was great by all the staff. Well done Corona Del Mar

Dear RH Corona Del Mar Benidorm, We spent a wonderful 8 days at your hotel. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re sure we will return one day. From the moment we arrived, the welcome at the reception was warm and friendly. I requested gluten-free meals for myself and my 7-year-old son due to food allergies, and I was truly surprised by the great attention and care we received — something that’s not common everywhere. Special thanks to the service staff and kitchen team for this! We really enjoyed the games and activities organized by the hotel — thank you to the animators: Alba, Alain, and David. Hats off to all of you — you brought smiles to both Benett’s face and ours every time. Thank you for all the memorable moments. We’re always up for a good water polo match! :) Viktor is a true showman — without him, life around the pools wouldn’t be nearly as fun. Thank you! This hotel is so welcoming the moment you walk through the door. Ruben checked us in and was extremely helpful. We immediately learned that every member of staff was welcoming and friendly and appeared to truly value their guests. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the air conditioning worked very efficiently. The hotel rooms were very quiet at night and we slept very well. Drinks were reasonably priced and If you paid on your room card you receive 10% discount. The food was excellent in choice and quality. It was great to have a self serve Mr Whippy ice cream machine which we have not seen elsewhere. The pool area was also lovely and clean and Victor managed the area very impressively. He would straighten towels on beds when he saw people returning after lunch and would assist people buying drinks and snacks from the poolside bar. He knew who was sitting where and managed the area very well. It felt very safe everywhere. The hotel is in a fantastic position and we liked that it was positioned amongst a Spanish residential area giving it a true Spanish feel. The beach is lovely and sandy with warm crystal clear water to swim in. The old town is just a short walk from the hotel and well worth a visit where there is a great range of shops and bars and restaurants including tapas alley. The only improvement we could suggest would be to the evening entertainment. It started too late (10:30) and it might have been nice to have had some music to get up and dance to. We would recommend this hotel without any reservation whatsoever and will definitely return to it again
