Single room a good size, breakfast very good, loved the live music and outside bar. Toilet paper dispencer a good design.

Heatwave! fan provided by reception but corridors very hot.. Hotel lighting is always dull.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, lovely spot with lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. There was live music outside at the front of the hotel which was lovely to sit out and listen to with a nice cold drink!

The beds are a bit small and noisy - would be much better with divan beds

I can honestly say nothing good about this hotel

From checking in where we stood for a few minutes while reception staff finished talking to each other we were given room 165 well to be honest for the amount we paid we could of got better in a youth hostel it was so outdated and I just couldn’t stay in it I complained and got another room a bit cleaner but very little air due to a little open window at breakfast two mornings I got a drink of water to find scale floating on top the staff were rude an elderly couple sat next to me asked for a cup of tea they were told it was over there they asked if he could bring them one he said he wasnt allowed so I got up and fetched it for them on checking out we weren’t asked if everything was alright so on these comments I will not be returning or recommending it to my friends
