Check in was smooth. Room was clean.

We experienced a bad storm the night of our stay. Hotel lost power around 8pm and did not get it back while we were there. No generator, no working emergency lights in the hallways or stairwells. No AC so we opened windows as best we could to get some air circulating. No breakfast the next morning, only packaged muffins and bottles of water. No partial rebates were offered by the staff when we checked out.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, stores etc.

Power was out the entire last night of our stay. No check in from staff, no updates from staff, no attempt to assist people needing to leave and forced to carry luggage etc down flights of stairs. Room was not very clean. Upon arrival there were eyelashes left on the bathroom sink. Upon departure and attempting to help staff by stripping beds, mattress covers were stained beyond acceptable.

Location!! And, the room was big enough for our family. Lots of eating spots around some in walking distance!

The upstairs neighbors kids ran and stomped all night on our 1st night. Had to complain. And no clean towels or any refresh items for the bathroom till we seen a lady cleaning the next door room, 3 days into our stay! Floor was needing cleaned really bad stains everywhere and left our socks black! My kids loved the pool 💯
