Hilton Vacation Club The Cove on Ormond Beach

we like the Hilton brand and make staying at Hiltons a priority when we travel so we were surprised about this place. all the rooms have a partial beach/ocean view.. I emphasize partial because if you are on a lower floor, you may only get a view of the parking lot and a slight view of the beach. Hotel is outdated which is normally OK if it's still clean, however the rooms were dirty. The carpet smelled, and even molding around the tub, overall a dirty experience. We ended up checking out early and going somewhere else. Just felt like we were itching the two days we stayed there. also, the hot water in the shower is governed and will not get above lukewarm. In the hallway outside the rooms people leave trash, even though I believe there's a dumpster at the end of the hallway on each floor? If you're in your early 20s and looking for a spring break crash pad this might work. But did not work for us.. The location is very good. It's right on the beach and normally we don't like to complain and make the best of whatever situation we encounter. but this review might save someone from making a regrettable choice.

I can always rely on Hilton! Thankfully they let us check in early because we had had a long drive to get there and were exhausted.

First, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Second, our unit was very clean. After that, eh. My 2 friends and I were staying on the 7th Floor in the South Building. Exiting the elevator, the carpet is FILTHY. That's F.I.L.T.H.Y. Everyone kept saying the property was recently acquired and scheduled for renovations. I don't like excuses. CLEAN THE CARPET!! Better, remove it and install tile. And not cheap luxury vinyl - actual tile. Easy to clean and lasts forever. Next - you can't access the beach because "the contractors are scheduled to fix the deck" - but they never showed up. Another excuse. HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!! The kitchen - no serving bowls, one shelf in the pantry. Sunday was pasta night. Because there were no serving bowls, we had to serve out of the pan. And we couldn't have a concurrent salad because we had to wash said pan to use it as a salad bowl. Only ONE small shelf in the pantry. There was no place to put groceries, so they were all over the counterspace. Same pathetic "renovation" excuse. The Master Bath had 2 shower gels and one conditioner. I asked the cleaning lady to switch out one gel for a shampoo. She said "right away." Never got my shampoo. To say not at all impressed is really a stretch. To say never staying here again is totally on point.

very friendly people, nice room (like shown on pictures), full equipped kitchen, we had a very pleasant stay, completely satisfied, will return :-)

This ist Büte egom 608 we stayed this month and we liked the hotel a lotto especially Mohamed in the reception who litterally knows everthing even fixed my phone, the room fine and clean and kitchen was very good , we like everything and thanks to Mohamed

Very clean and secure

The toilet in 508c was not operating properly and also displayed a very noisy refill. The vanity light on function simultaneously with the ever so loud annoying fan. Only one elevator was a issue with staff with carts commandeering the elevator in the am resulting in excessive wait times.
