The Promenade Pondicherry

I had an excellent experience at the hotel, and a major part of that was thanks to Simran at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Simran greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. She was highly professional, attentive to every detail, and went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met during my stay. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a lasting impression. Simran truly represents the spirit of outstanding hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel because of the wonderful service she provided.

Overpriced and after paying the room AC was not working . Its peak summers and AC not cooling reflect poor maintenance. The hotel with a beach front on all travel portal is 7 means there is a gap in service . We give feedback so that management takes positive feedback and improves

The property is at a great location has the historic charm. I have been there 14 years back it was beautiful maintained. I was surprised to see the furniture is still the old one ( not maintained) the restaurant seats come out. Rooms were kind of ok… old set of phones / TV with hardly anything or an effective WiFi service The FB , Bell desk teams are really helpful… remaining folks very less interaction , relatively less help

Had an amazing experience at The Promenade, from the check-in desk to dining the whole experience was wonderful. Pirai Sudan and Ganga were phenomenal during the check-in process and was patient and explained the whole process diligently.

Great customer service by Ganga and Pirai…Had a wonderful experience at The Promonade by the beach. Atmosphere and Rooms were amazing. Food was fantastic with lots of choices. Will come back for sure and don’t worry about anything while staying !!

Very nice experience with great hotel staff members and hotel is baby friendly too. Was easy for language because had many Nepali staffs including ganga who helped us a lot during our stay. Best breakfast in town with variety of options and has different restaurants aswell

We had a lovely time at hotel Promenade, it has a very good view of the promenade and the rock beach, light house,and Gandhi memorial. It was within walking distance of white town and the Aurobindo ashram, and all the cafes. The breakfast was delicious, loved the chocolate crossiants and the sour dough bread. They have a huge spread. The only Negative is ,on holidays in the evening the vehicle cannot drop you at the doorstep, it might inconvenience to older people. Bikram at the reception was of great help .

This hotel is in a great location overlooking the beach. My room had a great view of the beach. The promenade is a nice walk. The rooms are clean and the restaurants are good. The location is a very easy walk to the attractions and sights of Pondicherry and shopping.

The Promonade has a wonderful location if you want to be on the ocean. It is a VERY BUSY LOCATION with the activities right outside your door. The staff were excellent, very attentive, ALWAYS PLEASANT & will do their best to please. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious with a wide selection to choose from. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Overall a very satisfying experience. All tourist attractions are nearby except for Auroville, which is anyway located a little far from the town area. We had a memorable holiday in Pondicherry and our stay in The Promenade was truly enjoyable.
