Is very nice

Staff was disorganized, front desk was helping multiple check ins and others walking up and interrupting with questions all at once with only one attendee. The employees had not been trained in the cafe and were arbitrarily serving some and not others, rude, disheveled and dirty. This is a service industry to service the clientele in a neat, clean and orderly manner. They have missed the mark.

What a fun vibe at this hotel. I love the whole college theme and decor. It was retro and funky and brought back memories! Great service.

Hotel is a bit dated the fan on the HVAC was very load and good not be turned down on speed. The deck doors leaked a lot of air.

Super clean

Place was nice and so well located downtown. The rooms were OK but the bathroom was small and not well appointed. The room decor was purposely old fashioned. Bed was not super comfortable. I have stayed at other Graduates and this one disappointed slightly. Still a good place to stay if you can get a good rate. The staff were very helpful.

Very nice

Had a reservation to stay in December for one night. I was coming from Charlotte and realized about 30 mins outside of Chapel Hill that I’d left my wallet in Charlotte . Had my digital wallet, which ended up being all I needed for payment around town for one night. But I only had a picture on my iPhone of my passport. The attendant checking us in at the Graduate said that wouldn’t work. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one else. He said they required a physical picture id. I ended up making a reservation at the Hampton Inn, which was willing to accept the passport picture upon check in. Carolina Inn and Homewood Suites also said passport photo in iPhone was acceptable. I’ve been a Hilton honors diamond or gold member for 25 years and have never been treated so rudely.

Great location, great decor, awesome space. Parking should be included. Would like to have known where the ice machines were located if there even were any. I just went down and got a cup of ice from the bar. Forgot my body ash but would never have used their offerings as the scent was not pleasant at all, would prefer a different brand for the price you pay for the room.
