NZNZThe staff were really friendly and helpful,I had a problem with a lady in my room so they thankfully allowed me to switch rooms and were always polite with saying morning every morning when I walked into the lounge and the kitchen. Very close to the city centre too, very comfy beds and couches. Would definitely recommend
A lot of dishes were left in the sink it was absolutley messy,I agree that rack should be taken away for a punishment,as I found that mess horrible. I even washed some of them to keep the rooms clean,I like things being clean where I can. One of the guests in my room treated me very rudely but thankfully I got to switch rooms and 1 guest out of more than 50 isn't bad at all. Other than those two things had a wonderful stay

No one was there to let me in and I had to wait for someone else to leave to get in and then there was no one at reception for about 20 minutes I tried ringing and everything
