Neat and clean, room was big. The water in the bath tub went slowly, so left a stain after showering. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was fantastic, could use some maintenance in the bathroom to improve overall condition. Better light blocking curtains as the building lighting and street light's were still very blight despite the shades being drawn. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming.

It couldn't have been more perfect for my visit to Fort McMurray to be with my son for his birthday. From the personalized welcome note, to the equipped kitchenette, to the 2 TV's, it was perfect in every way!
