Caribe Deluxe Princess - All Inclusive

The pool is great, the main one was fun, and we could always get a nice spot. They would clean the beach every morning to remove the algae. The entertainment team was fun and not pushy. Great to have all the birds and animals in the resort, definitely one of the positives of our trip, specially for our kid.

If you don't specifically ask the cleaners to tidy your room, they won't. We stayed for three days and had to request cleaning every single time, which felt odd and wasn't a great experience. Forget the hotel or cruise experience — this was quite different. The staff who help with luggage expect a tip every single time, and not being used to that, plus only having a credit card, made things very uncomfortable. On one occasion the attendant stood in our room for two to three minutes before finally giving up and leaving. The food was well below my expectations. We weren't able to book any of the specialty restaurants and ended up at the main dining room every night, which was just okay. More concerning, I didn't feel confident that proper food safety and refrigeration standards were being met — the space was warm and several items didn't seem to be stored correctly. I ended up skipping certain fruits and dishes because I didn't feel safe eating them, which really defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive resort.

Todos muy atentos y serviciales, en especial los chicos del show y recreacion (Franky y el Michel Jacson), y los del bar de la pisina muy atentos

Luego del show, dijeron que pasemos al lobby y no hubo nada, pese que los del show bailarian las cancionrs y nosotros los seguiriamos en los pasos.
