La cercanía de las habitaciones que me dieron con los restaurantes, piscinas y playa.

El aire de las habitaciones 2131 y 2132 no funcionaban bien.

Buen ambiente, mucho entrenamiento y muchas cosas que hacer, nos tocó una habitación con mucho espacio.

Poca variedad en el buffet y muchas filas en el buffet.

La struttura è perfettamente organizzata, pulita. Ottimi i servizi ed il personale. Animazione divertente per tutte le età.

Pretty outside areas

The staff could have been more pleasant and efficient (service level was low, e.g. Our drinks came after our meals) Many food items were often out of stock There was little/ unclear information about the services and activities the hotel offered

La habitación el aire estaba malo y lo reporté desde la primera noche

We liked the pool and beach area, also the park with the birds, the people were very kind and the buffet restaurant delivered delicious food

Even if this is not something the hotel is responsible for, we had a lot of problems with mosquitos, which made our nights difficult. The pillows smelled sometimes bad because they weren't dried enough after laundry. Also the two restaurants we visited (mexican and italian) were't really on the quality compared to their origin.
