"Incredible Stay at Port Douglas Pullman"

Private location out of town. Quiet despite being a large complex. Has beach access directly from the complex. Stunning pool area and lagoon. Friendly staff. We were in a spa studio. HUGE spa. Comfortable bed. Loved our stay

Parking was a bit of a drama but not a big inconvenience. Couldn’t always find a park near the unit.

"Property is tired and needs a refurb. We use to stay there 10 years ago and it is not what it use to be."

Some of the staff were rude and we waited 1.5 hours for food at the poolside bar which I cancelled. Bedding had stains
