Westover Inn

The grounds were beautiful. The staff lady we met was very pleasant and informative.

I would have liked to have stayed in the inn that was pictured in the advertisement not some other musty building on the site. I would think if you advertise a vine covered inn ……one would expect to be staying there.

Loved the setting. The place was clean and well appointed. The location is central and easy to find. I'm sure that without the snow it would be delightful.

The reception was unmarked and we spent 15 minutes going from building to building to find it. Eventually a person walking their dog told us where to go.

The outdoor aspects of the property were vey picturesque. Beautiful fall foliage. The king bed was extremely comfortable

The room/ bathroom was very dated. 10 am checkout is very early. The pathways/ stairs to the cottages covered in wet leaves are not conducive to wearing high heels.

We have stayed at the Westover Inn before. It's quiet on the higher floor. The room we usually have is fine. The cable/tv wasn't working. We lowered the blind and couldn't get it to go back up. So there is definitely wear and tear thats happening. We love the grounds and location.

The washroom facilities were slightly older than expected but nothing wrong with them. No complaints, really.
