Nice property with good room and property amenities

Very clean and nice property. Staff very nice and friendly.

Room was clean, staff was rude,(got locked out of one room and texted someone who showed up not happy and was very rude to me ) parking not the greatest, air conditioning not very good. We did not stay in the house on the main picture, it was on the hill beside which was an old dorm converted into rooms. Not a great atmosphere, smelled musty and carpet flooring worn and brown satined, very small, and if the door was opened when your partner left, anyone in the hall would see the person lying in bed. Small TV, screen not set properly to the 16:9 configuration but to Wide setting so part of picture missing. Bathroom and shower were good. Nothing to do at night cause everything closed on property at 5pm on a Wed. Your to far to walk to anywhere else. Should have went home after play in Stratford.

Old world charm

Staff were very accommodating. Parking is at times not great.

Check-in informal and smooth. Everything spotless.

Lots of stairs, many with uneven or sloping steps. You might find them daunting. Could not sign in to any of the Wi-Fi services on any of our three devices. Too much "leaking" (problem in a lot of hotels).

Had trouble getting warm water from the shower, took a while.

Very comfortable room and an excellent dinner at the Inn
