A really good hotel with friendly helpful staff who were very willing to help and advise about our stay. The breakfast was also very good. Really can't be faulted.

Very old ,poor decor, poor parking

Really old fashioned and smelt fusty breakfast was really nice and hot. Friendly people rooms cleaned every day

The staff were extremely friendly. However the room was outdated and in need of care. The sheets and towels provided had stains on them. In the four nights we stayed we were not provided with new ones, in fact, one bath towel was taken away. When I asked for new ones at reception no effort was made to provide them. The carpet was dirty and very worn in places. A hairdryer created a burning smell when turned on and couldn’t be used for fear of fire hazard. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, and nice dining staff. Overall it was okay as it was the only hotel available within our price range for the time we stayed there - it would be adequate for those who just need a place to sleep and gone all day.

Place eas old and warn ,said there was a restaurant and bar ,both not open ,double room two people, one chair ,one bedside cabinet one small table, water pressure on shower very low

Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I liked having a base here to explore IOW and see family. Very near bus stop and train station and beach. The people doing breakfast excellent and so friendly. Was a nice start to my day. It's not the Savoy but and people should be a bit mindful of there expectations. This is a traditional b&b and thanks for a great stay
